Import and export

Settings → Import / Export moves data in and out of your store as spreadsheets.

Export

Choose what to download: Products, Orders (optionally between two dates), Categories, Users, Features or Brands. Pick CSV or XLSX and click download.

Import

For Products, Categories, Features and Brands:

1. Click Download Template for the right column headings.
2. Fill it in and save it as CSV or Excel (.xlsx), up to 32 MB.
3. Select File and Upload File.

The page shows the expected format: UTF-8, semicolon (;) between columns and a comma as the decimal separator (49,90). For products, the product import wizard (Products → Product Import/Export) is easier: it maps columns, previews and can do a test run.

Images in bulk

Bulk Image Import (ZIP) attaches images to products by SKU: name each file after the SKU (for example SKU123.jpg, and SKU123 (2).jpg for a second image) and upload the ZIP (up to 250 MB).

History

History lists every import and export with its result. Download Errors shows why rows were skipped.
