Cache, logs, API keys and other tools

Cache

Settings → Cache — the store refreshes by itself after a short time (seconds for layouts, minutes for products and menus). If you need a change to show right now, tick the cache (Layout Cache, Navigation Cache, Theme Cache, Product Data, Image Cache) and click Clear Selected, or Clear All Caches.

Activity logs

Settings → Activity Logs — who did what and when: date, user, type, action and IP address. Use Advanced filters, and Export CSV to download.

Sign-ins and sessions

Settings → Sign-ins and sessions — the devices your account is signed in on. See Staff and roles.

API keys

Settings → API Keys — keys for a headless storefront, a mobile app or another system that reads your catalogue through the GraphQL Storefront API. Click Create API Key and keep the key secret. GraphQL Playground lets a developer try queries.

Webhooks

Webhooks send events (new order, status change) to another system.

Recycle bin and backups

• Recycle Bin — bring back deleted items.
• Backups — nightly backups and restore (Settings → Settings → Backups).
