Backups

Your whole store is backed up every night, and the owner can restore it.

Open Settings → Settings → Backups.

• When backups are on for your store, a backup of your whole store is taken every night. The page lists the backups by date.
• Restore puts your whole store back to how it was on that date: products, orders, customers and settings. Anything changed since then is replaced. Only the store owner can restore.
• If the page says backups are not switched on for your store, contact CartWhizz support to turn them on.

Deleted products and pages can often be brought back without a restore, from the Recycle Bin.
