Staff and permissions

Invite your team and choose exactly what each person can see and change.

• Settings → Administrators — invite staff to your admin. Your plan sets how many staff accounts you can have (see pricing).
• Customers → User Groups — each staff member belongs to a group, and the group's privileges decide what they can see and change. For example, a packing team can see orders but not change settings.
• Only the store owner can restore a backup.
• Activity — Settings → Activity Logs and Settings → Activity log show sign-ins and who changed what.
• Extra security — Two-Factor Authentication for admin accounts.
