CartWhizz AI is on for every store.

For you (admin). Open Home → CartWhizz AI Assistant. Ask in plain words, for example "sales this week", "orders waiting to ship" or "which products are low on stock". Answers can come with charts, tables and a CSV download. CartWhizz AI can also make changes for you, such as updating a setting or a product. It always shows what it will do and waits for you to tap Confirm, and it can only do what your own staff permissions allow. In the product editor it can also write product descriptions.

For shoppers. The shopping assistant on your storefront answers product questions, suggests products and related categories, tracks orders, and explains your shipping and return policies. Manage it from Marketing → Shopper assistant.
