Set your delivery charges, connect your courier account, and offer store pickup if you have a shop.

• Logistics → Shipping — your shipping methods and their rates (flat, by weight, by price, free above an amount). Logistics → Rate Areas groups countries, states and cities a rate applies to.
• Logistics → Carriers — courier companies and tracking links.
• Courier integrations:
  • Shiprocket and ShipMaxx connect your courier account. You can check serviceability and rates, create shipments (by hand or automatically once an order is paid or a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed), and handle undelivered (NDR) cases and weight disputes from the admin.
  • Live rates from DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex and EasyPost are also available.
• Store pickup — Pickup Points lets shoppers choose to collect from your shop or warehouse at checkout.
• Delivery dates — Delivery Window and Delivery Scheduling let shoppers choose when to receive their order.

Shoppers can follow their parcel on their order page once a shipment is created.
