Step 3

Products and catalog

Add your products with photos, prices, sizes and stock, and organise them into categories.

  • Products → Products — add a product with its title, price, description, images and videos (drag to reorder; a video can sit anywhere except first), stock and SEO details.
  • Variations — on a product, add options such as size or colour. Each combination gets its own price, stock and image. Listing cards show the price of the default variation.
  • Products → Categories — organise products into categories and sub-categories.
  • Products → Features, Feature Groups, Filters — product attributes (brand, fabric, size) and the filters shoppers use on category pages.
  • Products → Product Import/Export — bring products in from a spreadsheet, or export them.
  • Inventory — stock is tracked per product or variation. Multiple locations need Warehouses. Receiving, bins and stock counts need Advanced Inventory. Buying from suppliers uses Suppliers.
  • Extras — Product Bundles, Product Stickers (badges such as "New"), Product Reviews, Wishlist, Product Compare, Back in stock alerts.
