Payments

Choose how customers pay you: online gateways such as PayU, cash on delivery, or a one-tap express checkout.

Open Finance → Payments and click New for each way you want to be paid.

• Online gateways — choose Gateway, pick the provider and paste the keys from your provider's dashboard. Supported: PayU, Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, CCAvenue, Stripe, PayPal, Square and Klarna. Test in the provider's sandbox mode first, then switch to production.
• Cash on delivery and other offline methods — choose Offline (cash on delivery, bank transfer, cheque, phone order). No keys are needed; you confirm the payment yourself.
• Restrictions — each method's Restrictions tab limits it by order total, state, customer group or shipping method. Rules across methods need Payment Restrictions.
• Express checkout — PayU Checkout Express or Shiprocket Checkout give a one-tap checkout. A store can use one of the two, not both.

When an online payment is cancelled or fails, the shopper goes back to checkout with their cart intact. The order stays as Incomplete so you can see it, and any wallet or gift certificate amount is returned.
