Marketing
Bring shoppers in and bring them back: coupons, cart reminders, emails, loyalty, tracking pixels, SEO and a blog.
All of these live under Marketing in your admin.
- Promotions and coupons — discounts, coupon codes, free shipping and buy-X-get-Y offers. They are part of every store (Promotions, Auto Coupons, Vouchers).
- Abandoned carts — on for every store until you switch it off. It reminds shoppers who left items in their cart (Abandoned Cart).
- Newsletter and CRM — subscribers, Audiences (customer segments) and email Campaigns. Part of every store (Newsletter, CRM).
- Loyalty:
- Gift Certificates — create gift certificate codes that shoppers redeem at checkout.
- Reward Points — customers earn points on orders and spend them later. New stores start at 1% back, up to 30% of an order.
- Digital Wallet — store credit that customers pay with.
- Tracking:
- Google Tag Manager — sends the standard e-commerce events.
- Facebook Pixel — Meta Pixel, with optional Conversions API so purchases still count when ad blockers hide them.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Tracking Scripts — any other tag.
- Product feeds — Marketing → Data Feeds for Google Shopping and other channels (guide).
- SEO — My store → URL Structure, Sitemap, Redirects. Product and category pages get titles, descriptions and share images automatically (SEO).
- Blog — My store → Blog. On for every store until you switch it off (Blog).
- Product offers and stickers — Product Offers shows available offers on the product page. Product Stickers adds badges.
