Quick start
What it does. Customer audiences and campaigns: build customer groups from rules (what they bought, where they live, whether they agreed to marketing) that update by themselves, then email or text them.
Who can use it
- Every store, on every plan. It is part of CartWhizz and always on — there is nothing to switch on.

- Marketing → Audiences
- Marketing → Campaigns
Settings
- Re-materialize Interval (minutes) — How often active audiences are re-evaluated by the background worker.
