Newsletter subscribers

Marketing → Subscribers is everyone on your newsletter list, with Active subscribers, New this month and Unsubscribed counts.

People join from your store's sign-up form, when creating an account, or at checkout. Signed up from shows which.
Ask new subscribers to confirm their email (recommended) sends a confirm link first, so only real addresses get newsletters.
Add subscriber adds one person by hand. Only add people who agreed to get your emails.
Import CSV adds many at once; Export CSV downloads the list.
Tags label subscribers (for example "wholesale" or "event-2026"). Use them in audiences with the Subscriber tag condition.

To send a newsletter, create a campaign and choose the Newsletter subscribers audience. Older newsletters appear under Past newsletters.
