Does CartWhizz send the money? No. You make the transfers in your bank.

Can I download a bank file? Not yet. Copy the amounts and bank details from the batch into your bank's bulk payment format.

Is GST or TDS deducted? No. The net amount is sales minus your commission. Handle TDS (for example section 194-O for e-commerce operators) and GST on commission with your accountant.

Can I leave a seller out? The batch includes every seller with payable commissions in the period. Pay the one you want to hold back later by using a different period, or mark the batch failed and recreate it after resolving the issue.

Will sellers be notified? They see the payout in their payout history once the batch is completed.
