Troubleshooting

"No vendors with confirmed commission entries found in this period." No commissions are ready to pay for those dates, or they are already in another batch. Check the dates and Vendors → Commissions.

A seller is missing from the batch. Their commissions aren't confirmed yet (for example the order isn't complete), or they were already in an earlier batch.

Payout Batches is missing from the menu. Enable Vendor Payouts and then Payout Batches in Settings → Modules. It is only for marketplace stores.

Bank details are empty. The seller hasn't added them. Ask them to update their profile, then mark this batch failed and create it again.

I marked a batch completed by mistake. It can't be undone in the admin. Contact CartWhizz support.
