Collection at checkout
What the shopper sees
- At the delivery step, each active collection point is listed with your delivery options, showing its name, address, fee (or Free) and opening hours.
- When they choose a point, the address step says Collecting in store — you will collect this order in store, so no delivery address is needed.
- They pay as usual. Any payment method you offer works, including UPI, cards and cash on delivery, subject to your payment restrictions.
- The order confirmation shows Collect at with the point's address and your collection instructions.
What the order records. The shopper's name, phone and email, and the collection point's address as the shipping address, so the order shows exactly where it will be handed over.
Working the order at your counter
- Pack the order and keep it ready.
- On the order page, in the Collection box, click Mark ready for collection. The customer gets an email saying it is ready, and the order shows Ready for collection.
- When the customer comes in, check their name or order number, hand it over, and click Confirm collection. If someone else collected it, type their name in Collected by. This closes the order.
Points listed first at checkout are those with the lowest Sort position.
