Collection fees

Most stores offer collection free. You can charge a fee if handling costs you money.

• Per point: the Collection fee on each point, in rupees. 0 means free and shows Free at checkout.
• Default for all points: Default collection fee (minor units) in Settings → Modules → Pickup Points → Configure. Despite the label, enter it in paise: ₹20 = 2000. A point's own fee overrides the default.

The fee is added to the order like a delivery charge and shows on the invoice.

Tip: free collection is a good reason for local shoppers to choose your store over a marketplace. Mention it on your homepage and product pages.
