What a locked-out person sees

Too many wrong passwords

The sign-in form shows a message that there have been too many failed attempts and to try again later. This works the same for:

• shoppers signing in on your storefront,
• your staff signing in to the admin,
• vendors signing in to the vendor panel.

The lock is for that email or phone number only. Other people can still sign in. When the lockout time passes, they can try again. Forgot password still works during the lockout.

Blocked IP

Because the block list is not enforced yet, a blocked address sees your store normally.
