Rate limits

Rate limits stop one visitor from sending too many requests in a short time, for example hammering the sign-in page.

• They are set on CartWhizz's servers. You cannot change them.
• The Rate Limits tab currently shows fixed sample figures (for example "Login: 5 per 300 seconds"). These are not read from the server, so they may not match the real limits.

The login lockout you set on the Configure screen is separate and does apply. See Getting started.
