What is ShipMaxx?
ShipMaxx is an Indian shipping aggregator: one account gives you many courier companies. Once you connect your ShipMaxx account, you can compare courier prices for an order, book the pickup, download the label and manifest, and handle failed deliveries and weight disputes from your CartWhizz admin.
ShipMaxx only works for stores in India, because it only delivers to Indian pincodes.
Find it at Logistics → ShipMaxx. It has four tabs: Settings, Shipping Queue, NDR and Weight Disputes.
Good to know
- ShipMaxx is not a courier. It books your parcel with one of the couriers in its network.
- There is no test account. Every real booking, cancellation, NDR action or dispute decision uses money from your ShipMaxx wallet. CartWhizz starts every new connection in dry-run mode so nothing real happens until you are ready.
- Charges are always in ₹, taken from your ShipMaxx wallet. Top up and complete KYC in the ShipMaxx dashboard.
- Tracking updates on its own. CartWhizz checks ShipMaxx for new tracking status about every 15 minutes for active shipments, and the shopper sees the courier, AWB and status on their order page.
Not working yet
- Auto-ship on paid can be switched on, but it does not book shipments automatically yet. Ship each order from the order page or in bulk from the Shipping Queue.
- Show ShipMaxx rates at checkout has no effect. Shoppers pay the shipping rates you set in Logistics → Shipping, not live ShipMaxx prices. Setting a shipping method to Realtime (Carrier API) does not fetch live prices either.
- Wallet balance is not shown here. Check it in the ShipMaxx dashboard.
