The shipping queue
Logistics → ShipMaxx → Shipping Queue lists every order with a ShipMaxx shipment.
Filter
Use the status filter to show: Ready to ship, Picked up, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, Delivery attempt failed, Returning to sender, Returned to sender, Cancelled or Returned. All statuses shows everything. Click Refresh for the latest.
Columns

| AWB | Tracking number. |
| Courier | The courier carrying it. |
| Status | Latest tracking status. |
| Flags | NDR if a delivery failed, Dispute if there is a weight dispute. |
| Cost | What the shipment cost from your wallet. |
| Created | When it was booked. |
Ship many orders at once
- Tick the orders (or the header box for all shown).
- Click Ship selected and confirm. Each order is charged separately; the total isn't known in advance.
- A results window lists every order as Shipped, Already shipped or Failed with the reason.
Download a manifest
Tick the orders and click Download manifest to get one sheet for the pickup person, for up to 100 shipments at a time.
