Flat ₹60 everywhere in India, free above ₹999
- Rate area India: zone Country = India.
- Method Standard delivery, Manual (Rate Area).
- Delivery area India, 3–6 days. One tier: Rate 60, Flat.
- Free Shipping Threshold: 999.
Cheaper in your own state
- Rate area Home state (Country = India, State = yours).
- In one method, add the Home state area with tier Rate 40, and Default — all other destinations with tier Rate 80.
A matching rate area always wins over Default — all other destinations. Avoid rate areas that overlap (for example "India" and "Home state" in the same method), because only one of them is used.
By weight
In the area, add tiers by weight:

Express as a second option
