Carriers, tracking links and live rates
Carriers and tracking links
Logistics → Carriers lists courier companies. Each one has a Tracking URL Template with {tracking} where the tracking number goes, for example:
https://www.example-courier.com/track?awb={tracking}
When you add a tracking number to a shipment, the customer gets a working link. To add a courier, click Add Carrier, fill in Name, Code and Tracking URL Template, and check it with Test URL.
Live rates from your own courier account
Logistics → Carrier Accounts connects DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, Aramex and Shiprocket with your own account details.
- Open the carrier and switch on Enabled.
- Paste the keys from your courier account (for example API Key, API Secret and Account Number).
- Turn on Sandbox mode first to test, then turn it off for real orders.
- Click Test connection, then Save.
Checkout can then quote live prices from that courier. Use it in a shipping method with Realtime (Carrier API).
