FAQ

Does it replace my normal checkout? Only if you choose Shiprocket Checkout replaces our checkout button. By default it is an extra button.

Can I use Shiprocket and PayU quick checkout together? Yes. Choose which leads in each place on Finance → Quick Checkout.

Can shoppers enter my coupon codes inside Shiprocket? Only Shiprocket-side coupons, and only if Allow Shiprocket-side coupons is on. Your automatic promotions always apply.

What if Shiprocket is down? The shopper is sent to your normal checkout. Nothing is lost.

Is Staging safe for testing? Yes. With Staging selected, no real payment reaches Shiprocket's live system.
