Refunds

When you cancel or refund a prepaid Shiprocket Checkout order from the order page, the refund goes back through Shiprocket, in full or in part, never more than was paid. The refund status (pending, completed or failed) updates on the order.

COD orders have no online payment, so there is nothing to refund through Shiprocket. Settle COD refunds with the shopper directly (for example by UPI or store credit).

Shipping

Shiprocket Checkout orders are normal orders. Ship them any way you like. If you also use Logistics → Shiprocket, the order is linked to the Shiprocket order that checkout already created, so no duplicate is made in your Shiprocket panel.
