What the shopper sees

1. The shopper taps the Shiprocket button on the cart page, cart drawer or product page.
2. Shiprocket's checkout window opens. They enter their mobile number, confirm it with an OTP, pick or add an address, see any offer, and pay by UPI, card, netbanking or COD (depending on your Shiprocket account).
3. They come back to your store and see Confirming your order… briefly, then your normal order confirmation page.

If Shiprocket's window can't open (for example a network problem), the shopper is sent to your normal checkout and their cart is kept.

If they close the window without paying, nothing is created and their cart stays as it was. Buying from the product page never changes the shopper's saved cart.

Guests see the button only if your store allows guest checkout.
