Staff access

Staff need the catalogue permission to open Products → Advanced inventory (see Roles and permissions). The store owner then decides which warehouses each staff member can work in:

1. Open the Staff access tab.
2. Choose the Administrator.
3. Tick their Allowed warehouses. Saving replaces their whole list; unticked warehouses are removed, and no ticks means no access.
4. Confirm and click Save warehouse access.

The owner always has access to every warehouse.

Staff can find, scan, receive, put away and move units. Only the store owner can enroll products, reconcile stock and change supplier costs.

Print unit labels

Every unit has an ACK code. Print ACK labels prints Code 128 barcodes for a set of units.

• Print at 100% scale.
• Test one label with your scanner before labelling a whole batch.
• Any keyboard-style USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works; you can also type the code.
