Will enrolling a product change its stock? No. Enrolling only places the units you already have into bins. The totals must match before you can enroll.

Can I enroll products with sizes or colours? No. Only simple, stock-tracked products. Variation products keep normal stock.

Why can't I sell units I just received? They are in a staging bin. Put them away into a shelf bin and they become available.

I switched Advanced Inventory off. Is my data gone? No. Switching it off keeps the data; switching it back on picks up where you left off.

A scan says more than one unit was found. Nothing was selected. Check the ACK and scan again.

Who can change costs or enroll products? Only the store owner.
