Supplier invoices, costs and replenishment

These tools help you check what suppliers bill you and what to reorder. None of them pay suppliers, post accounting entries, change stock or send emails.

Supplier invoice matching

Open Supplier invoices and click New supplier invoice.

  1. Choose the Supplier and enter the invoice details.
  2. Add the billed lines, quantities and prices. Enter amounts with a decimal point and no thousands separators.
  3. Save it as a draft.
  4. Run the match: CartWhizz compares the billed quantities and prices with the purchase orders and what you actually received, and shows any differences.

Tax and freight on the invoice are recorded as entered; they aren't recalculated.

Costs and imports

Costs & imports keeps supplier cost rules: the currency, duty for imported goods, material costs and how freight is calculated (for example a fixed amount per unit). You can upload a CSV of supplier costs (up to 200 KB). Review the calculation before saving. Costs never change your product prices.

Replenishment

Replenishment suggests what to reorder for enrolled products:

  1. Set a policy per product and warehouse (target stock and reorder point), and the supplier's case pack and minimum order.
  2. Calculate a preview. Products that need attention are shown with the reason (for example the policy is off, or the product isn't enrolled).
  3. Select recommendations for one supplier, warehouse and currency, and create a draft purchase order. Review and send it from Suppliers & Purchase Orders.
