Find a customer

Open Customers → Customers. Every customer account is listed with their name, email, status, sign-up date and last login.

• Search users... finds a customer by name, email or phone.
• All statuses narrows to Active, Pending or Disabled accounts.
• Advanced filters finds customers by Identity (email, phone), Location (city, state, country of their default address), Account (language, email verified), Communication (marketing opt-in), Activity (registered or last login between dates) and Order spend (has orders, minimum and maximum total spend). Click Apply.
• Export All downloads the list as a spreadsheet, for example to import into an email tool.

Guests who checked out without an account are not in this list; you find them on their orders.

Add a customer yourself

Click New User, fill in the First Name, Last Name, Email and Password (at least 10 characters), set User Type to Customer and click Create User. Usually customers sign up on your store themselves.
