Messages and reviews

Messages

Customers → Messages holds conversations with customers, for example a question about an order. Open a conversation to read and reply. From an order, More Actions → Contact Customer starts a conversation about that order. On marketplace stores, customers can also message sellers when Settings → Settings → Checkout allows it.

Reviews

Customers → Reviews lists product reviews when Product Reviews is on. Approve, hide or reply to each review. Replying politely to a bad review usually helps more than hiding it.
