Permissions + roles

• Payment Splits (admin) — needs the View vendors permission.
• Payment Model on a seller — needs permission to edit sellers.
• Sellers see their own Payment Splits page if their seller role has the financial view permission.
• The module itself is switched in Settings → Modules.
