Check that a script is working

1. Open your storefront in a private (incognito) window.
2. Open the tool's dashboard and look for a live visit. Most show one within a minute.
3. On a computer, right-click the page → Inspect → Network, reload, and search for the tool's domain. A request means it loaded.

If nothing shows up

• Is the script Active?
• Is the Tracking Scripts module on?
• Does the snippet load a file from a website not on the approved list? Then it is dropped. See Common recipes.
• Did you paste the whole snippet, including <script> and </script>?
• Ad blockers in your own browser block many trackers. Test with the blocker off.
