- File uploads don't work, and a required file field blocks the form.
- Notifications go to the Help department email, not the form's Notification Email, and don't include the answers — open the admin to read them.
- reCAPTCHA / Turnstile don't work; use Honeypot.
- Wrong slug in the Form block — the form doesn't appear. Copy the slug exactly.
- Draft or Archived forms don't show on the store.
- Maximum Submissions counts all submissions, including your tests. Delete test submissions or raise the limit.
- Deleting a form deletes its submissions — archive it instead to keep them.
- No CSV export of submissions.
