What is Custom Forms?

Custom Forms lets you build your own forms — contact us, bulk-order or quote requests, wholesale or reseller applications, feedback, event registrations — and read every reply in your admin. No coding.

You build forms in My store → Content → Forms, then place them on any page with the Form block in the layout editor. Each reply is saved as a submission you can read, mark and delete.

Forms are part of every store.

What a form can have

• Fields: short text, long text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes and hidden fields.
• A Success Message or a Redirect URL after sending.
• A Maximum Submissions limit (e.g. for a limited event).
• Simple spam protection.

Limits today

• File uploads don't work yet. A file field shows "Attachments cannot be uploaded through this form yet", and a required file field stops the form being sent at all.
• The per-form Notification Email isn't used: notifications go to your store's Help department email instead, and only say a new submission arrived (not what was in it).
• Only the Honeypot spam protection works; reCAPTCHA and Turnstile options don't.
