Submissions inbox

Each form has its own Submissions list (Forms → open a form → Submissions).

Status is set by you, to keep track — it doesn't send anything to the customer.

Each submission shows all answers, the date and time, and the sender's IP address.

Deleting a form deletes all its submissions.
