Getting started

Read the overview first — fulfilment records aren't created yet.

1. Open Settings → Modules, find Fulfillment and click Enable. Fulfillments appears under Sales.
2. For each seller you ship for, open Vendors → Vendors → edit seller → Payment & Fulfillment Settings:
   • Fulfillment Type — Marketplace Fulfilled (you ship) or Vendor Fulfilled (the seller ships, the default).
   • Marketplace Shipping Fee — your fee as a share of the seller's order subtotal, typed in small units: 100 = 1%, so 500 for 5%.
3. Save.

Shipping itself is done as usual from Sales → Orders with your courier (Shiprocket, ShipMaxx or your own).
