What is Fulfillment?

Fulfillment is for marketplaces where you pack and ship orders on behalf of some sellers — like "Fulfilled by" programmes on big marketplaces. The seller sends you stock; when their products sell, your warehouse picks, packs and ships, and you charge the seller a fulfilment fee taken from their payout.

It's meant to give you:

  • a fulfilment record per seller per order, with a status timeline: Pending → Picking → Packed → Shipped → Delivered (or Returned),
  • tracking (carrier, tracking number, link) the customer can follow,
  • a fee per order for sellers you fulfil for, deducted from their payouts.

You find it in Sales → Fulfillments (Fulfillment Management). Sellers see theirs in My Fulfillments in their panel.

Not working yet:

  • Fulfilment records are not created when orders are placed, and there's no button to create one, so the Fulfillments list stays empty.
  • Fulfilment fees are not deducted from seller payouts.

Until this is fixed, manage shipping from the order itself (Sales → Orders) and your courier integration, and charge fulfilment fees through Commissions or Vendor Debts.
