Status timeline + tracking
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting to be picked. |
| Picking | Items being collected from the shelves. |
| Packed | Packed and ready for the courier. |
| Shipped | Handed to the courier, with tracking. |
| Delivered | Received by the customer. |
| Returned | Came back (RTO or return). |
Tracking has three parts: Carrier (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post), Tracking Number and Tracking URL. Track Shipment opens the link.
These apply to fulfilment records, which aren't created automatically yet.
