Permissions & roles

• Admin staff with order or shipping access can open Sales → Fulfillments, update statuses and add tracking.
• Seller settings (Fulfillment Type, Marketplace Shipping Fee) need permission to edit sellers.
• Sellers see their own records in My Fulfillments while the module is on.
