Common use cases

Limit COD on big orders. On Cash on Delivery, set Maximum Order Total to ₹3,000–₹10,000 depending on your products. Bigger orders must pay online.

Minimum for COD. Set Minimum Order Total on COD (for example ₹299) if small COD orders aren't worth the courier's COD fee.

COD only where your courier collects cash. Use Allowed States, or Allowed Shipping Methods if only some delivery options support COD.

Local payment options. Offer Pay at store or Cash on pickup only with your pickup shipping option, using Allowed Shipping Methods.

Bank transfer for large orders only. Set Minimum Order Total on bank transfer (for example ₹25,000) for wholesale-size orders.

Business customers only (not working yet). Showing a method like 30-day credit only to a wholesale customer group needs Allowed User Groups, which checkout does not apply today. Keep such methods inactive and arrange credit terms outside the checkout for now.
