Is there a page listing all restrictions? No. Each method's rules are on its own Restrictions tab in Finance → Payments.

Can I hide COD for first-time customers? No, there is no rule for order history.

Can I limit COD by PIN code? Not with this module; it works by state. Delivery PIN code checks belong to your shipping settings.

Can I charge extra for COD? Not with this module; it only shows or hides methods.

Can I show a method only to wholesale customers? Not yet: customer group rules are not applied at checkout.

Do restrictions apply in the POS? No, only on your online checkout.
