Events and notifications

Sellers are emailed when their product is approved and when it is rejected (with your reason). The emails use your store's email templates in Settings → Email Templates.

You are not emailed when a seller submits a product. The Notify Admin on Submission setting does not send anything today, so check Products → Moderation yourself.

Shoppers are never notified; they simply see approved products appear.
