Status lifecycle
A seller's product moves through these states:
| State | Shoppers see it? | What happens next |

| Pending (awaiting approval) | No | You approve or reject. |
| Approved / Active | Yes | Live on the store. |
| Approved / Hidden | No | The seller chose to keep it hidden; they can show it later. |
| Rejected | No | The seller fixes and saves; it goes back to Pending. |
| Disabled | No | Switched off by you or the seller. |
Approve restores the seller's choice. If the seller created the product as hidden, approval keeps it hidden.
Admin-created products skip Pending and go straight to the state you choose.
