Adding a product. The seller's product form says This product will require admin approval before going live. After saving, the product shows Pending Approval in their product list, with a note that it won't appear in the store until approved.

When approved. The seller gets an email and the product goes live (or stays hidden, if they chose that).

When rejected. The seller gets an email with your reason. In their product list it shows Rejected; opening it shows the Rejection reason. The form says Saving your changes will resubmit the product for admin review. When they save, it returns to your Pending list.

Editing a live product. Sellers can change approved products (price, stock, details, photos) without going back to review. Only new products and rejected products go through the queue.

Hiding and showing. Sellers can hide or show their own approved products, but can't approve their own pending products.
