Getting started

1. Switch it on. Open Settings → Modules, find Product Moderation and enable it. Products → Moderation appears in the menu.
2. Tell your sellers. Let them know new products need approval and how long it usually takes (for example "within 24 hours on working days"). Share your listing rules: photo quality, no other shop's watermark, correct category, honest MRP.
3. Check the queue daily. Open Products → Moderation. The Pending filter shows what's waiting.
4. Review a product. Click Preview to see it as shoppers would, then Approve or Reject. Rejecting asks for a reason; write something the seller can act on.
5. Clear batches. Tick several products and use Approve Selected or Reject Selected.

New sellers' products start appearing in the queue as soon as they add them.
