Shipping an order

Shiprocket Shipping

Shipping an order

  1. Open the order in Sales → Orders. A Ship with Shiprocket card appears once Shiprocket is connected and enabled.
  2. Click Check Shiprocket rates to see each courier's price and delivery time.
  3. Choose a courier.
  4. Click Ship this order. The confirmation shows the ₹ amount that will be charged to your Shiprocket wallet (or says dry-run is on). Confirm.

After booking, the card shows the AWB and courier, and a Download label link when Shiprocket provides one. Clicking Ship this order again on a shipped order just shows the existing AWB; it never charges twice.

COD orders are booked as cash on delivery, so the courier collects the money. Shiprocket pays COD remittance to you; check it in their dashboard.

If booking fails

The reason from Shiprocket is shown, for example low wallet balance, KYC pending, or a pincode no courier serves. Fix it and try again. Nothing is charged for a failed attempt.

Cancel

Click Cancel shipment. Shiprocket may refuse once the parcel is in transit. Your wallet is refunded only if the courier accepts the cancellation.
