Wallet balance

The Wallet balance card on the Settings tab shows your live Shiprocket balance and when it was read. A Low balance warning appears when it runs low, and the Health checklist flags it, because bookings fail without balance.

You can't recharge from CartWhizz. Top up on the Shiprocket website.

Weight discrepancies

A courier sometimes weighs your parcel after pickup and charges more if it is heavier than declared.

Logistics → Shiprocket → Weight Disputes lists these with the AWB, Shiprocket order, Declared → charged weight, Extra charge, status and deadline.

The list is read-only. Click Open in Shiprocket to review and dispute a charge on Shiprocket's website.

Tip: enter real weights and box sizes on your products to avoid discrepancies.
