Problem	What to do
Test connection fails	Use the API user email and password, not your main Shiprocket login.
No Ship with Shiprocket card on an order	Connect Shiprocket and switch Enabled on.
No couriers for an order	That pincode isn't served right now. Check with Test serviceability.
Booking fails: low balance	Recharge your wallet on the Shiprocket website.
Booking fails: KYC	Complete KYC on Shiprocket.
Ship clicked, nothing booked	Dry-run is on. Check the banner on Settings.
Orders not shipped automatically	Known gap: Auto-ship on paid doesn't work yet.
Checkout doesn't show Shiprocket prices	Known gap: live rates at checkout aren't connected. Set prices in Logistics → Shipping.
Tracking is slow to update	Add the webhook URL in Shiprocket (Settings → API → Webhooks).
Can't dispute a weight charge here	Shiprocket doesn't allow it. Use Open in Shiprocket.
I only see Settings	You need the View shipping permission.

Can I ship outside India with it? No.
