Document	How it's checked
Aadhaar	DigiLocker (with India KYC (Digio)) or an uploaded scan. Only the masked number is kept.
PAN	Checked with the tax department (with Digio) or a scan.
Bank account	Penny-drop: ₹1 is sent and the account name is matched (with Digio), or a bank statement / cancelled cheque.
Address proof	Uploaded scan, for example a utility bill or GST certificate.

Vendors in other countries are asked for the documents that fit their country (for example business registration and tax certificates).

Uploads can be PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each.

You can override any automatic result by marking it Pass or Fail.
