Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| "The Vendor KYC module is not enabled" | Switch it on in Settings → Modules. |
| Vendor can't upload | File must be PDF, JPG or PNG under 10 MB. |
| DigiLocker option missing for a vendor | Turn on India KYC (Digio) and check the vendor's country is India. |
| "DigiLocker verification was not completed" | The vendor closed DigiLocker or didn't give consent. Ask them to try again. |
| Screening says "could not run" | Review the vendor yourself, then click Re-screen later. |
| Expiry setting ignored | Known gap; approvals last one year. |
