Getting started

1. Switch on Vendor KYC in Settings → Modules (marketplace stores only).
2. For Indian sellers, optionally switch on India KYC (Digio) and enter your Digio credentials on its Configure screen. You need a Digio account.
3. Tell your vendors to open KYC Verification in their vendor panel and click Start KYC Verification.
4. When they submit, open Vendors → KYC Verification, find the vendor and click Review.
5. Check the documents and checklist, then Approve or Reject with a reason.
